Court End, Richmond Neighborhood

Biotech and MCV District is a vibrant neighborhood featuring a diverse mix of housing options, including large apartment buildings, duplexes, and townhouses, primarily offering one- and two-bedroom units. This area benefits from an extensive network of approximately 10 nearby bus lines, providing convenient public transit access for residents. A variety of restaurants and cafes are easily reachable, along with supermarkets located close to most residences. Green spaces are plentiful and well-distributed throughout the neighborhood, providing attractive outdoor areas in an otherwise urban setting. The street infrastructure supports vehicles well, with ample parking available, making commuting and daily errands practical and convenient.

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Biotech and MCV District. It is easy to get to green spaces from a large number of locations in the neighborhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in. This area can be rather noisy, as during busy hours, traffic can occasionally be loud.
